EMERYVILLE, CA-Emeryville Office LLC, a joint venture between Starwood and LBA Realty, has acquired three foreclosed towers in the Watergate office complex in Emeryville from U.S. Bank for $130 million. The bank acquired the buildings via foreclosure in February 2010.

The three towers totaling 814,000 square feet are situated at 2200, 2000 and 1900 Powell Street. The buildings' $152 million mortgage loan matured in July 2009, which forced the towers into foreclosure. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
