CHICAGO-Farbman Group, a realty investment firm located in Michigan, has bought the Weather Bell Corner at 79 W. Monroe Street, between Clark and Monroe streets. The firm paid below $10 million for the 15-floor office building.

Bank of America Corp. was the seller and Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the bank in the deal. The 199,824-square-foot tower is currently 28% occupied.
