WEST PALM BEACH, FL-FLF Columbia LLC has purchased Columbia Plaza, a medical office building measuring 46,000 square feet, from Windrose Columbia Properties. The property, situated on the Columbia Hospital's campus in West Palm Beach, was acquired towards the end of November 2010.
