POMPANO BEACH, FL-CABOT III - FL 2W13, LLC and CABOT III - FL 2W06-W12, LLC have purchased Powerline Industrial Park for $23.4 million. The industrial park located at 2301 NW 30th Place in Pompano Beach.
According to the deal, the firms have purchased eight buildings with a total area of 470,000 square feet. It also includes small bay product with most of the units having both dock-high and dock-in doors. CB Richard Ellis represented the owner, Green Florida Developments, in the deal.
