SAN DIEGO-Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of a multifamily development in San Diego. A private investor has sold the eight-unit development for an amount of $960,000.
The unidentified buyer of the property was a partnership. The multifamily property consists of three one-bath, one-bedroom units and five two-bath, two-bedroom units.
