MIAMI-A division of Ryder System, Inc., Ryder Integrated Logistics has renewed its 173,712-square-foot lease at AMB Codina Beacon Lakes located at 11690 NW 105th Street in Miami.

MIAMI- A division of Ryder System, Inc., Ryder Integrated Logistics has renewed its 173,712-square-foot lease at AMB Codina Beacon Lakes located at 11690 NW 105th Street in Miami. AMB US Logistics Fund LP is the owner of the facility.

In the deal, George Pino of Flagler Real Estate Services negotiated on behalf of the owner, while Elsa Heredia and John Vaught of CB Richard Ellis negotiated on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
