CHICAGO-Thresholds, a Local not-for-profit mental healthcare provider, has shown interest in purchasing the 19 unsold units of 237-unit condominium complex at 659 W. Randolph Street in the West Loop. Chicago-based Mesirow Financial is the owner of the complex.

Thresholds would purchase each unit for about $125,750, according to the ordinance proposed by the Mayor Richard Daley. Mesirow's realty division plans to convert those 19 units into housing for improving mental-health patients. However, the condo association is not yet reviewed the proposal.
