NEW PORT RICHEY, FL-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale disposition of a shopping center in New Port Richey. Jefferson-Pilot Investments has sold Trinity Village Center, a shopping center measuring 71,990 square feet at 10700-10740 SR 54 in Trinity, Pasco County, for $9.5 million.
The shopping center, which includes Five Guys Hamburgers, Bonefish Grill and Crispers as tenants, was sold to a California-based private investment group. Mark Shellabarger of CBRE represented the owner in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
