INDIANAPOLIS-The Indianapolis mayor has declared that a Northwestside bakery is expanding its space to add more jobs. Family-owned Harlan Bakeries located at 7575 Georgetown Rd. is investing nearly $14 million to expand its space to 135,000 square feet.
The city has issued Recovery Zone Facility bonds to finance the expansion of the Northwestside bakery. The Metropolitan Development Commission had approved a tax suspension for the expansion. The company will also invest $4 million in equipment. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
