PORTLAND, OR-Subaru of America Inc. has signed a lease for 10 years for an auto parts distribution, training and office building measuring 413,700 square feet at Rivergate Corporate Center III from Multi-Employer Property Trust. The leased property sits on a 19.3-acre site.
The company will move from its current facility at 158th Commerce Park to Rivergate, 14510 N. Lombard St. In the transaction, Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, and Capacity Commercial Group represented the landlord, Multi-Employer Property Trust.
