CHICAGO-Wirtz Beverage, a unit of Wirtz Corp., is planning for a new office-and-warehouse building on the former site of Sportsman's Park situated in Cicero. The 600,000-square-foot building will come up on a 35-acre parcel owned by the town of Cicero.
The 100,000-square-foot office space, part of the $70-million development, will be completed in 2012. Ryan Cos.'s local office will be the contractor for development.
