NEW YORK CITY-Brooklyn Law School has inked a contract with city-based BCN Development to sell the Beaux Arts building, a 12-story residence hall at 184 Joralemon St. in Brooklyn Heights, for an amount of $12 million. The 30,000-square-foot residence hall has been utilized as a student housing.

BCN Development has plans to change the residence hall into condos consisting of 24 double-bedroom units. The developer also has plans to invest up to $4 million to refurbish each apartments and the lobby. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
