ORLANDO-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a shopping plaza in Ocoee. HCO Properties has bought Clarcona Corners, a 9,450-square-foot shopping plaza on the northwest corner of Clarcona-Ocoee and Hiawassee Roads, from the former lender for $1,021,000 or about $108 per square foot.
Clarcona Corners, constructed in 2004, previously housed a Hollywood Video shop. In the transaction, Dollar Savings Realty represented the buyer, and CBRE represented the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
