LAKE FOREST, CA-Construction of a Walgreen pharmacy and a Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market is underway at El Toro and Trabuco roads in Lake Forest. Both stores will span nearly 27,000 square feet.

Face lifting is being done for other stores in the complex spanning 7.4 acres. Business Properties is the developer and W.L. Butler Construction Inc. is the contractor. Construction is anticipated to be complete by the end January 2011. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
