Humble Surgical Hospital Trades for $13M

HUMBLE, TX-Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II, a healthcare real estate division of Grubb & Ellis Co., has acquired the Humble Surgical Hospital in Humble, TX for $13.1 million.

HUMBLE, TX-Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II, a healthcare real estate division of Grubb & Ellis Co., has acquired the Humble Surgical Hospital in Humble, TX for $13.1 million.

The hospital has leased the 30,000-square-foot building for 15 years. Humble REP LLC is the seller of the property. Henry Hagendorf and Beth Young of the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller in the transaction. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
