SANTA ANA, CA-Orange County High School of the Arts has closed a $30-million financing deal with lender Clearinghouse Community Development Financial Institution and Long Beach's Farmers & Merchants Bank to purchase the former OC Pavilion building in Santa Ana. The school will use the building for classrooms and studios.
The financial deal also comprises the school's acquisition of a building located to the south of the existing campus to house its visual arts facility and refinancing and reconstruction of three additional buildings. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
