PASADENA, TX-Satterfield & Pontikes Construction has completed a $22-million project, which includes Port of Houston's two new towers at the Bayport Container Terminal in Pasadena.
The terminal administration including support staff and US customs will occupy one of the buildings, a two-floor, 35,000-square-foot tower. The second building measuring 65,500 square feet will be used as a repair and maintenance center, which comprises equipment repair bays, offices, storage and a fueling station.
