IRVINE, CA-Interchangeable zip-on tops shoe producer, Zipz System has inked a 6,000-square-foot lease at 17855 Fitch in Irvine for $150,000 to house its warehouse and office. With this leasing, the firm is expanding its space by 3,500 square feet.
