SAN DIEGO-Pasadena-based Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. has bought Campus Pointe, an office complex measuring 450,000 square feet in the University Towne Center submarket of San Diego for $113.5 million on Dec. 21, 2010. According to CoStar Group, the property was sold by a partnership, which includes Prudential Real Estate Investors and Veralliance Properties Inc.
