CHICAGO-Englewood, NJ-based Bon Aviv Investments has purchased the Century Shopping Centre, a Lakeview shopping center measuring 180,000 square feet at 2828 N. Clark St. The company bought the center from a partnership including principals of Clark Street Development of Chicago.
John Hancock, the lender, had held a mortgage of $20 million on the property. The seven-story building was constructed in the 1920s as a theater.
