CHICAGO-Red Sea Group's Server Farm Realty has hired CB Richard Ellis Inc. to find tenants for the projected data center redevelopment project at 840 S. Canal St. Aaron Kulick and Chad Freese from CBRE will lead marketing efforts for the company.
