CHICAGO-LaSalle Investment Management has purchased a fully leased distribution center measuring 263,490 square feet at 1200 Greenbriar Dr. in west suburban Addison from Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. The company bought the property for an amount of $17.2 million or about $65 per square foot.
