LOS ANGELES-San Francisco-based LoopNet Inc. is relocating from 181 W. Huntington Dr. in Monrovia to Glendora. The firm has inked a lease for seven years for 38,590 square feet at 2100 E. Route 66 for approximately $7.5 million.
The company will occupy the second floor space of the building. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Nico Vilgiate and R.
