CRYSTAL RIVER, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has negotiated the sale of a self-storage portfolio totaling over 100,000 square feet in Tampa, FL. A Florida-based private investor has sold the two-property self-storage portfolio to a California-based buyer.
