LOS ANGELES-Michael Lombardi of Stonebridge Holdings Inc. had placed his proposed Bundy Village & Medical Park, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use development at Bundy Drive and Olympic Boulevard, into Chapter 11. Rubicon Project has extended its lease for nearly 30 months in Lombardi's building.

Rubicon has leased additional 30,000 square feet at 1933 S. Bundy Dr.. Terms of the lease deal with Westside Medical Park LLC were not revealed. CresaPartners represented the tenant, while Stonebridge represented itself in the deal. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
