DALLAS-New York City-based AREA Property Partners forms a joint venture with Wood Partners of Atlanta to buy five apartment communities in North Texas. The company acquired properties in North Richland Hills, Euless and Coppell.
The apartment complex sale is one of the largest deals in the last six months. The apartments purchased by the joint venture are the Mansions at Stonebridge, Mansions by the Vineyard, Estates at North Richland Hills, Mansions by the Lake and Villas on the Green.
