ATLANTA-San Diego-based OliverMcMillan is taking control over a financially ailing retail development in Atlanta. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution report, OliverMcMillan would assume control over The Streets of Buckhead situated in a residential and business district in Atlanta.
Ben Carter, an Atlanta-based developer, commenced the billion-dollar development in 2006 but halted the project in 2009 due to financial problems. OliverMcMillan would not restart the project until summer.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
