CHICAGO-Aurora-based Optimum Nutrition Inc. has signed a long-term lease with Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust for more than 212,000 square feet in an industrial building at 900 Bilter Road in Aurora. The company also has a chance to extend its space in the 463,636-square-foot building, which is part of the Liberty Business Center.
