NEW YORK CITY-Pace University has announced that SL Green will construct a new 24-story dorm for its students at 180 Broadway situated at the corner of John Street, just east of Ground Zero. Majority of SL Green's building will be leased to the university.
Pace University will relocate 600 student beds to the new location from Brooklyn Heights. The three-story glass building will also have retail tenants. This new tower will replace two other existing structures. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
