SIKON Construction Breaks Ground for Park View Commons

OCALA, FL-Deerfield Beach-based SIKON Construction has started construction for Park View Commons, a Publix-anchored, 70,600-square-foot retail center at SE 24th St. and 3035 SE Maricamp Rd. (SR 464) in Ocala.

OCALA, FL-Deerfield Beach-based SIKON Construction has started construction for Park View Commons, a Publix-anchored, 70,600-square-foot retail center at SE 24th Street and 3035 SE Maricamp Rd. (SR 464) in Ocala. The company has signed the $7-million development contract with KSH Parkview Commons, LLC.

The 16.8-acre development consists of a new Publix supermarket measuring 45,600 square feet and an additional 25,000-square-foot retail space. The development is expected to be completed in November 2011. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
