NEW YORK CITY-Manhattan-based United American Land, the developer of Soho Mews, is suing Brooklyn Law School for breaching an agreement to sell its 12-story beaux-Arts building at 184 Joralemon St. for $12 million to BCN Development. The developer claimed that it had already signed an agreement with Brooklyn Law to buy the residence hall for $9.2 million.
The suit, filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court, may delay or block the sale of the property to BCN Development. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
