BOSTON-According to the Sentinel & Enterprise report, Ayer-based David E. Ross Associates Inc. is planning to add a retail space measuring 7,566 square feet and an office building measuring 6,760 square feet in Ayer.

BOSTON-According to the Sentinel & Enterprise report, Ayer-based David E. Ross Associates Inc. is planning to add a retail space measuring 7,566 square feet and an office building measuring 6,760 square feet in Ayer. The 6,760-square-foot building will be used as a police station.

The 7,566-square-foot building will comprise a 1,939-square-foot office space, a 782-square-foot coffee shop, a 1,790-square-foot restaurant as well as a farmer's market measuring 1,755 square feet. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
