DALLAS-Irving-based JLB Partners, which is working on two projects in Dallas, has started a third rental community development. The company is building the 281-unit project situated on University Boulevard, south of Lovers Lane near Skillman Street.
JLB Partners will substitute the Spanish Steppes and Windsor House apartments with the latest development. The three-story apartment community will be opened in July.
