NEW YORK CITY-A long-term lease signing for the former Times Square Theater at 217 W. 42nd St. situated between Seventh and Eighth avenues is about to be completed. The multi-level space measuring 30,000 square feet will house Broadway 4D, an entertainment spectacular.
