NEW YORK CITY-SA&E International Bags & Accessories has renewed its lease deal for 5,000 square feet and has added 2,400 square feet in the Fashion Accessories Center at 10 W. 33rd St. in the Penn Plaza district. The company has signed the deal for seven years with Ten West Thirty Third Associates.
