NEW YORK CITY-The Parkoff Organization has acquired two adjacent properties for $22 million from the family, which held the buildings for 60 years. The property located at the corner of 30th Street at 431 Third Ave. consists of six stores, including Banc Cafe, and 52 apartments.
The adjacent property at 441 Third Ave. comprises one store and seven apartments. The properties measuring 55,000 square feet contain buildable space of 50,000 square feet. Rosewood Realty Group represented the family in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post.
