NEW YORK CITY-The price of the duplex penthouse at One Jackson Square has been slashed by $2.8 million in a desperate bid to sell the property after more than two years on the market.
The 11-story condo located at West Village has also hired an interior designer to transform the empty penthouse into a marketable product.
