The company has taken out the new lease on 21,650 square feet of space or the complete 29th floor, two years prior to the expiration of its present lease. The asking rent for the space was $43 per square foot. The landlord, Orient Overseas Associates, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield while the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
