NEW YORK CITY-The Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance of New York state has leased 90,000 square feet of space from SL Green Realty.
The agency will relocate from its present location at 22 Cortlandt St. to 100 Church St. The agency will pay approximately $33 per square foot over the course of the 10-year lease.
