NEW YORK CITY-Owners of Worldwide Plaza are negotiating with a new tenant to occupy 600,000 square feet of space in the building.

The new deal comes amid controversy between the building's owners, RCG Longview and George Comfort & Sons and WilmerHale, who had signed a lease for space in the same building for 200,000 square feet. However, due to reasons unknown, the owners are now negotiating with the new tenant, Nomura Holding America. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
