NEW YORK CITY-Owners of Worldwide Plaza are negotiating with a new tenant to occupy 600,000 square feet of space in the building.

The new deal comes amid controversy between the building's owners, RCG Longview and George Comfort & Sons and WilmerHale, who had signed a lease for space in the same building for 200,000 square feet.
