JUPITER, FL-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated a new lease deal in Jupiter. A private wealth-management company, GenSpring, has leased the Riverwalk Center, a 35,324-square-foot building at 150 S. US 1 in Jupiter.

GenSpring has leased the office building in order to house its headquarters. A vice president of CB Richard Ellis' Brokerage Services Division, Anthony Librizzi, negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
