CHICAGO-A proposed plan to convert 20 units in a West Loop condo development into housing for mentally ill patients is being opposed by West Side Alderman Walter Burnett. Mesirow Financial is the developer of the 659 W. Randolph St. project and Thresholds would be the buyer of the condos.
