MIAMI-Cushman & Wakefield may have lost some big name brokers this week, but the agents that remain are inking impressive deals. Testa Immuebles en Renta just handed CushWake exclusive leasing rights to Sadabell Financial Center.
Located at 1111 Brickell Avenue, Sabadell Financial Center is a 525,000-square-foot, class A office building. Completed in 2000, it was the first mixed-use office complex delivered to Miami's Central Business District with office, hotel and retail space.
