TAMPA, FL-Franklin Street Real Estate Services has closed the sale an apartment property in Tampa.

TAMPA, FL-Franklin Street Real Estate Services has closed the sale an apartment property in Tampa. EM Apartments, LLC has sold Las Villas Apartments, a 61-unit, 38,620-square-foot property at 1503 E. 142nd Ave. in Tampa, to a Canadian investment group for $850,000 or about $13,934 per unit or $22.01 per square foot.

Bob Goldfinger, Darron Kattan and Kevin Kelleher from Franklin Street negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
