ORLANDO-Jones Lang LaSalle has negotiated the sale of an apartment community in Orlando on behalf of a life insurance company. Milestone Properties has acquired Osprey Links at Hunter's Creek, a 424-unit apartment complex at 13931 Osprey Links Road, for an amount of $39.5 million.
The Class A apartment community is presently 93% occupied. Steve Echelson, Jeff Morris, Denny St. Romain and Jubeen Vaghefi of Jones Lang LaSalle handled the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
