CHICAGO-A joint venture, which includes Chicago-based Centrum Properties, Hansen Realty Inc. and New York City-based Angelo Gordon & Co., has acquired a warehouse and office building in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago. The joint venture of Centrum has bought the 2500 W. Bradley Pl. building from a venture of Chicago-based Wrightwood Capital LLC for $6.25 million.
