NEW YORK CITY-Cevdet Caner, who had disputed a plan to resume a stalled condominium project in Manhattan, has said that he is prepared to file his own proposal for the derailed project. The investor said that if the Delaware bankruptcy court asks him to take control over the One Madison Park tower, he would file his plan for the 50-story glass tower.
