American Post to Develop Apartment Complex in Glendale

LOS ANGELES-American Post Development LLC, a joint venture between Los Angeles-based Post Investment Group LLC and Huntington Beach, CA-based AMF Development LLC, is planning to develop a 208-unit apartment complex, known as Broadway Lofts, in downtown Glendale.

LOS ANGELES-American Post Development LLC, a joint venture between Los Angeles-based Post Investment Group LLC and Huntington Beach, CA-based AMF Development LLC, is planning to develop a 208-unit apartment complex, known as Broadway Lofts, in downtown Glendale. The apartment project will be situated at an old Circuit City location.

American Post formed a partnership with a BlackRock-managed fund to finance the development. Studley Inc. is the financial advisor for the project. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
