BIRMINGHAM, AL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a retail center for $4,615,000. Tampa-based Arcis Investments, Inc. has sold Dolly Creek Station, a 25,200-square-foot retail center at 2409 Acton Road in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, to Birmingham, AL-based The Barber Companies.
Mark Shellabarger from CBRE negotiated the sale on behalf of seller. Dan Anderson of Birmingham-based Engel Realty, which handled leasing of the retail center for the seller, also assisted in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
