DALLAS-Venture Commercial has closed the sale of a medical office building in Plano, TX.

DALLAS-Venture Commercial has closed the sale of a medical office building in Plano. Briarwood Park LLC has purchased the medical office building measuring 13,146 square feet located at the southeast corner of Parkwood Boulevard and West Park Boulevard in Plano, TX.

The building, which sits on a 2.8-acre land, will be dismantled for a CVS Pharmacy. Don Miller, Ken Reimer and Bryan Cornelius from Venture Commercial handled the transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
